Most if not all spring sports have started. This includes softball, baseball, tennis, golf, and track and field. Students in all grades are starting to go to practices and preparing for their seasons to start. High school athletes work hard all year and even in the off season.
Some go to off-season practices and after school weights in order to stay in shape and ready for their season.
Spring sports have a very limited and short season compared to fall and winter sports. Many spring sports, tennis being one of them, mandatory practices don’t start until March 11th, just short of spring break.
Coaches try their hardest to make their practices, games, and match days have the best environment possible. Many spring sports have matches, games, and practices on the weekend.
