Freshman Girls Basketball’s Last Game

Khloee Kirk is taking the ball down the court to make her shot. Kirk swiftly made the shot over the Brownsburg opponent.

Coach Armstrong is talking to Teagan Gray, Maddison Boyd, Madi Philips, and Miia Williams. They just came back from playing and Armstrong is coaching them while they wait to get back on. “My coach has inspired me to outplay the people who angered me during the games instead of it getting to me,” Gray said. Natalie Bosworth, Bri Addair, and Jayann Youngblood are coming together as a team. As Bosworth made the shot, her teammates came together to congratulate her. “Patting someone on the back is like telling them they are doing good and they’ve got this. It’s almost like a little bit of encouragement to help them out,” Bosworth said. (Brynlee Gilliam)

The freshman girls’ basketball game held on January 10 was the last basketball game of their season. The girls have been playing their hardest throughout their season, ending with an unfortunate loss.
