Homecoming is an exciting and  week for all of Mooresville. One of the most favorite traditions is dressing up for Spirit Week. Each day of Spirit Week students are given a prompt for an outfit to wear to school. This year’s list has finally been finalized and released. Here are each day’s themes and descriptions that may spark some creative ideas for a unique and interesting outfit.

MONDAY- Game Characters

MHS students dressed as their favorite game characters!

TUESDAY- Class Colors (Freshman- Purple, Sophomores-Hot Pink, Juniors- Red, Seniors- SENIOR CITIZEN!

Seniors will dress as senior citizens while other students manage to create an outfit containing their classes assigned color.

WEDNESDAY: P.J. DAY!

The third day of our spirit week is an E-Learning day. Since everyone will be at home, they have the opportunity to wear pajamas while doing school work online.

THURSDAY: Barbie VS. Oppenheimer

In the Summer of 2023, Barbie and Oppenheimer both attracted floods of people into movie theaters. The question “Barbie or Oppenheimer?” became a big discussion on social media. This Thursday, students will get the option to base their outfit on The Barbie movie or Oppenheimer.

FRIDAY: BLUE AND GOLD DAY (Homecoming Game Day)

Friday will be the true day to show off your Mooresville spirit!

Pull up to school in your best blue and gold fit! Showcase your love for blue and gold this Friday.
