Sophomore Abraham Lopez ìs QB1 for the game against Franklin Community High School. Shortly after the photo was taken, Lopez threw around a 20 to 25 yard pass for a touchdown. "I was receiving the ball to make a pass in the endzone for a touchdown," Lopez said.
Unified Flag Football Defeats Franklin Community
Senior Liz Huffman hits a high V during a cheer. Alongside her teammates supporting Mooresville. Huffman was chose a co-captain this year. "We had tons of spirit, and our coach was so proud of us. Since it's my senior year I want to make the best out of it. As captain I'm glad I can be someone to look up to," Huffman said.

Band students are practicing their routine in the hot afternoon sun. These students spent hours perfecting their performance. “Marching band is really tiring but really fun,” said junior Masyn Boicourt.

The Girls Golf team begins the season off with a remarkable victory. They played at Heartland Crossing Links against Decatur Central High School. "It's a really pretty course, kind of challenging, but I have been playing there since seventh grade so I know it really well," Senior Eloise Benelisha said.

The Mooresville Varsity Volleyball team gets ready for its last face off against Herron High School. At this point, the Pioneers were tied with Herron in matches. “I am the number one defender, I was nervous for our first real match,” senior Izzy Vanover said.
Varsity Volleyball faces Herron
Senior Kaden Bruhn kneels for his teammate, number 51, senior Mason Mills. Bruhn waited patiently hoping for the best outcome. Even though the team lost Mills, they pushed through and brought the win home against Bloomington North.
