I’m most excited to meet new people and watch other shows,” Person said.

“I’m very ready and very excited about this season. It is very bittersweet. I’m very excited but its also very sad and scary because show choir is genuinely my home and I don’t know how I’m going to adapt without it. This season is going to be great! Both choirs are very prepared and it’ll be really fun. I’m excited to show the world our shows,” Alexander said.
Jason Damron has been the choir director at Mooresville for 24 years and he talked about this upcoming competition.
“I’m very optimistic about this year.We usually have one one more song after Wagon Trails to learn but this year we learned all of the songs beforehand. And this is the year that we have had the most practices for both Finesse and Spotlighters. We are prepared and I am very excited to see where this competition season goes. I am a little nervous about concert choir but we will eventually get caught up there,” Damron said.
